The tool also displays detailed information about your graphics card, includes framerate limiting for individual application capabilities as well as the ability to record videos of the action on your screen.

Initially designed as a small helper application for RivaTuner graphics card utility, RivaTuner Statistics Server became de-facto framerate monitoring, On-Screen Display, and high-performance video capture service provider for other graphics card utilities.

Because it isn't working properly. It took the developer several versions to get the 32-bit to work well. Just have to wait. More
